Classic Martinis

Gin Martini
1 1/2 oz Dry Gin
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
Combine in shaker, shake heavily, strain into Martini Glass.
Garnish with 3 olives.

Vodka Martini
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
Combine in shaker, shake heavily, strain into Martini Glass.
Garnish with 3 olives.

Fruity Martinis

Apple Martini
1 1/2 oz Van Gough Green Apple Vodka
1/2 oz Dekuyper Sour Apple Liquer
Splash Dekuyper Buttershots
Splash Sweet and Sour Mix
Combine in shaker, shake heavily, strain into Martini Glass.
Garnish with a single cherry.

Goose Goose Martini
1 1/2 oz Greygoose Vodka
1/2 oz Spruce Goose Pinot Noir Grape Juice
Splash Tonic
Combine in shaker, shake heavily, strain into Martini Glass. Splash tonic and garnish with frozen grapes.

Lemon Drop Martini
1 1/2 oz Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz Lemoncello
1/4 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
Apply a sugar rim to the martini glass, combine in shaker, shake heavily, strain, garnish with a lemon wedge coated in sugar.

Cosmopolitan
1 1/2 oz Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz Triple Sec
Splash of Cranberry Juice
Combine in shaker, shake heavily, strain into martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Pomegranate Martini
1 1/2 oz Pomegranate Vodka
1/2 oz Pama Liqueur
1/4 oz Pom Pomegranate Juice
Combine in shaker, shake heavily, strain into martini glass, garnish with a twist of lemon.

Dessert Martinis

Carmel Washington Apple Martini
1/2 oz Crown Royal Canadian whisky
1/2 oz DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
1/2 oz cranberry juice
1 dash caramel syrup

Caramel Macchiato Martini
1 1/2 oz Van Gough Espresso Vodka
1/4 oz Baileys Caramel
1/4 oz Liqueur 43
Splash of DeKuyper Buttershots
Combine in shaker, shake heavily. Coat rim of glass with cocoa powder. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with a chocolate covered strawberry.

Chocolate Martini
1 1/2 oz Van Gough Raspberry Vodka
1/2 oz DeKuyper White Creme de Cocao
Coat rim of glass with cocoa powder. Combine in shaker, shake heavily, strain into martini glass. Stir in Dark Creme de Cocao to color. Garnish with a lemon twist.
